    Commercial Director

    Hasan Alikhan started his journey at Emeraude in 2006 as Area Sales Manager. Hasan attended Purdue University, in Indiana, USA. In his previous roles Hasan has worked at ICI Pakistan. Currently Hasan Alikhan is the Commercial Director at Emeraude and is also looking after sales in West Africa, the Indian sub-continent and China.

    Finance Director

    Cédric Chavanneau is the Finance Director of Emeraude. He started his career at Deloitte, Paris in 2004, and joined Emeraude’s head office in Paris as a Financial Controller in 2009. He moved to Dubai when he was appointed as the Deputy CFO in 2014. Cédric holds a master’s degree in Management from a French Business School.

    Kalpesh Jani is the Sales & Technical Director of Emeraude. He started his journey at Emeraude in 2009 from Dubai office as Technology Manager. Prior to joining Emeraude, Kalpesh has worked at Reliance Industries Limited in India and with SABIC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has done his Masters in Plastic Technology from S P University in Gujarat, India and currently serves as Sales & Technical Director mainly overseeing Performance Polymers Portfolio for the group.

    Ikbel Ayed has been a key contributor to the company’s growth and operational success since joining in 2010. Holding a Master’s degree in Economics and International Business Relations from Paris VIII University, Ikbel brings a deep understanding of global economic dynamics and international business strategies.

    As Head of Operations, she oversees critical functions such as trade finance, customer service, procurement, and logistics, managing a team of 26 highly skilled operations specialists. Her role involves driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of business activities. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business continuity, she is dedicated to maintaining high service standards, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the continued success of Emeraude Polymers.

    Rachel Merheb is a highly experienced Senior HR professional with over 18 years of expertise in global human resources management. Holding an MBA in HR Management, Rachel joined Emeraude in 2020 and is known for her strategic vision and ability to align HR operations with organizational objectives. She has a proven track record of delivering impactful HR solutions, including talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and organizational restructuring, all aimed at driving business success and fostering a positive work environment.
